We know a great riding experience requires a great bike and getting to know the bike is just as important. So we’ve designed a demo/rental program for those who want to spend more than 10 minutes on a high performance mountain bike before making a purchase. Instead of testing it around the block, we offer the flexibility for you to take the bike out on your favourite trail at your own pace!

Please take a brief moment to fill out the questionnaire. This will give us a better framework to set up your bike and tailor it so it will work best just for you. A 10 minutes basic bike fit will be conducted when you arrive. This ensures you can truly enjoy the bike before getting out to ride on your favourite trail without digging around your bag pack for an allen key!

DEMO PROGRAM PRICING:

* The pre-authorization amount will be temporarily held (and not charged) on your credit card until the bike is returned and checked by our mechanics at TWA.

* The final payment is paid upon return and after a full completed inspection of the bike. Please note that any damages on the bike will be charged to the customer at retail cost and at a shop rate of $88 per hour for repair service.
